The DIY Salad Station would appealed to those who like some fibers in their diets. And they did have quite a lot of choices to choose from plus a whole range of condiments.

BBQ Station - The kitchen ventilation was good so you don't get the smokey smell on your clothing.

Teppanyaki Section - You pick the items which featured mainly seafood except the Eringi Mushroom and tell the staff your table number. They will serve the cooked foods to you at your table.

615-Panorama.jpg

Squid - The pattern on them will be more prominent once they are cooked.

616-Panorama.jpg

Eringi Mushroom (King Oyster Mushroom) - When cooked, it develops typical mushroom umami flavors with a texture similar to that of abalone.

Cooked Food Station - It may seem like a lot of dishes but out of these eight, two are rice and another two potato items.

631-Panorama.jpg

632-Panorama.jpg

Red Curry with Roasted Duck - I would think it's a shame cooking roasted duck in curry but then the Thai may have an acquired taste for this cooking style.

633-Panorama.jpg

Crab in Yellow Curry - Flower crabs seem to be the prominent types of crab used in Thai cooking.

I always have a weakness for this kind of creamy Potato Gratin.

635-Panorama.jpg

Couve Mineira - Green Cabbage cooked with Brown Garlic and Olive Oil.

636-Panorama.jpg

Creamy Potato - I still preferred my mashed potato to this, somehow it's not to my liking.

637-Panorama.jpg

Noodle Station - Pick a noodle type you fancy and choose what meatballs to add to it. If it's Japanese you wanted, try their hot and cold soba or udon.

Soba (Buckwheat Noodles) came in both hot and cold serving styles.

Wok Station - Too much red meat is no good for health, try these stir fry vegetables with oyster sauce, garlic & pepper or shrimp instead.

Design your own style Thai Salad - Not sure why they have two separate DIY salad station but this one was more toward meaty stuffs then veggies. And there was only one sauce for the condiment.
