Yeah started since 9th Monday. I drew out majority of my FCY cash in my Multi Currency Account before that.

Is this new charge for MCA, applicable for over the counter withdrawal/deposit only?
or applies to online transaction too, eg incoming-outgoing TT, MCA-MCA transfers etc

This charges are only for over the counter foreign currency cash transactions, it will not be applied to online TT and fund transfers.
