Yup managed to get it within a week turnaround. Lucky the efficiency at Singapore is not like ceca countries 2 months and still waiting.

Built in 2012. And is in Aspen Woods.
The newer built houses all more expensive. And may not be as well built. Many cutting of corners.
Try to find houses built around 2000-2001.
Cheaper and better built.
Nevertheless 1m for nice newly built big house in Aspen Woods area of Calgary.

wife and I still considering whether to visit the US with our brand new PR cards. or we might drive down to waterton lakes national park over the canada day weekend. what about you?
Visiting Fairmont Hot Springs sometime this summer with my in laws.
Will also do usual trips for biking and hiking in National Park. Peyto lake hike will be one.

Waterton is very nice. But since the fire the forest area looks quite different now.

My daughter's boyfriend's car kena. He parked and ride at LRT station. Broad daylight during daytime. Come back cat converter gone.
Congrats on the PR card. Waterton is nice. I was told by a friend that it was very windy at Waterton, came back after a hike and my tent tore lol.
@cyke69sg didn't know Peyto finished renovation.
I will be going to Vancouver in July with visiting parents and then camping at Radium and Jasper back to back. haha, it will be a busy summer for sure.
rest of the time will be chilling and hanging out on the new deck. =p
Peyto Lake was supposed to complete renovation last summer. Then they say delay. But cannot give date. In the end they reopened close to end of October!
