Hullo there, it's me sayang. Im back since I just transit sg en route to another nation and bought a card from 7-11.

Sincerely hope the admins will give me a second chance to join back into the edmw forum. I could have choosen another nickname and continue posting as a new user， but it isnt my style to do things cowardly.

I rather let you admins know who I really am in hope of reconciling past differences.

Nope technically it would fall under FAQ for owning multiple accounts.

"HardwareZone.com does not allow users to have more than 1 account. If any user is found to have been passing off as more than 1 individual through multiple accounts in an attempt to sway/influence discussions, those accounts will be permanently banned."

In any case, we shall give sayang a second chance provided sayang don't turn back to your old ways. Please take note that we will always take your previous accounts into consideration when giving infractions or ban.

He created so many clone accounts that got banned and now giving "second chance" really power one...Go check with other Admins who are here longer how many clone account of sayang_pillow got banned previously...

Now do i get ban if im a racist person ? Or do i get ban if i actually make racist post ? I believe as long as i dont make racist post its okay for me to stay and interact here. I admit i am a racist in real life, but its not a crime so long as i dont flame racial divide. So i dont see why some of you have to be so jealous of admin granting me chance, are you guys saints ?

I don't see any problem giving the said member a second chance.
I'd p-banned some members in the past, iirc, there are 2 p-banned member asked to come back and promised they will adhere to the TOS and member condition. I personally second the requests and both were allowed to rejoin the community.

Not common, but not impossible. At the very least, the said member need to communicate with the administrator for clearance and not simply come back with a new nick pretending to be a new member. Without the approval, all new accounts of the banned member will be kill on sight.

boss and other mods you can look out for these accounts as well, all clones of each other.

what is pban when they can come back. Ppl live with the choices they make. They test the system and they get what is coming for them. To be honest how far does ppl have to do to get pban in here? Quite a lot no? Tban is a warning and a 2nd chance imo and pban should remain as pban.

Technically you are right.

We allowed some of the p-banned members to rejoin the community under case-by-case basis, not all p-banned member are allowed to return without prior approval.

People can change, so are p-banned members. I placed one of the member under my ignore list more than 10 years ago because of his meaningless reply with only :s13::s13::s13:. But I don't see this kind of reply anymore although he is still in my ignore list.

For the 2 members that I second for their appeal, both are no longer troublemaker nor blatantly violated the TOS anymore. Let's give them this final chance before eternal banned. :)
