there are different varieties of cherry blossom trees in taiwan, which bloom at different times. so, you may be able to see cherry blossoms at the same location from january through march, like in alishan, tien yuen temple or yang ming shan.

no....cos the public got certain timing....if u miss, u be freezing in the cold
ask the minsu for transport or book ur own pte veh


the cold + wind is not something funny where u can joke around wan.......u can be freeze to mati esp during the night when u r waiting for sunrise
