i use booking.com, show me SGD

but go there still paid in NTD

the SGD shown is just the rough figure based on the exchange rate that they r using

agoda should be the same, cuz agoda and booking.com under the same corporation

just now the price quoted under agoda excluded tax while booking will include the tax
so in the end, still the same same

how i know, cuz i had tested and tried

I find booking on 3rd party website is cheaper generally ...
there are discounts provided by 3rd party website.
having said , there might also be chances where direct is cheaper ...

so far all the hotels that I have stayed, usually from 3rd party websites.
mostly used agoda, expedia.com ... rarely use booking.com and hotels.com

won't that feels even colder?
jeans are not windproof, doesn't dry fast, so not the ideal cold weather clothings
In the car, please put internal air circulation if cold.
And select the right direction of air flow.

Thought Agoda only charge in sgd?
If you manage to see it in foreign currency, do select that.
Unless it is v obvious price is a huge margin, then select sgd.

You didn't use hotelscombined to look for cheapest pricing from all the ota?
Hotels.com, if member also give special price.

I prefer to use sgd, other currency there is a charge I think.

It is usually cheaper to choose their local currency, eg. NT$ or US$. The exchange rates they use for SG$ is usually not good. Or apply for a new service call YouTrip. It is sort like a debit/credit card where you will be charged the current exchange rates with additional costs like processing fees. Comparing to xe.com exchange rates, YouTrip is very close, sometimes even providing better rates. I've used it several times to buy things from amazon already.

For travel, long days. I will go with jeans.
Even in snow.
If really snowing a lot, then proper gear.
Dry fast , nope.
But who goes out in jeans when it rains?
If wash, try put in toilet let ventilation clears it a bit.
Borrow iron if you need to.
Speeds up a lot.

cijin can spend half to quarter day. before going over to cijin, you can also visit the takao railway museum and pier2 art center.

then there is also the fo guang shan that is a bit further away from the city, formosa mrt stn for the beautiful ceiling, 漢神巨蛋 for shopping. just some places i'd go if i'm in kaohsiung.
