Don't be surprised to see a large number of applicants applying for the flats at the end of exercise.

I'm applying under singles scheme, only 1 choice, Tengah
Expecting the application rate to hit 3x over the weekend

curb limit means earn less, no way not to max the profit. The only way to reduce the number of applicant is to increase the $10 to $100 or $1000.

Anyone else couldnt select the “Fiance/Fiancee” scheme when submitting an application? My scheme is default at “Public Scheme” which is not really for couples so I’m worried it’ll be a problem if I submit under the wrong scheme :<

Fiancé and fiancée scheme is under public scheme also, don’t worry.
Later when collect key must produce marriage certificate.

my parents stay at Serangoon/ NEX there but I cannot use MCPS for SK cos out of range zzz

Does this applies for BTO? or only resale?
Based on google map from my parent's current place to the bto development it is about 3+km

Another qns: MCPS is 2km or 4km?
Below is extract from HDB website. I'm a little confused now

Eligibility conditions: MCPS (near parents/ married child)
•At least 1 of your parents/ married child is a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
•Your parents/ married child must be living in the same town or within 2 km* of the flat you are applying for, as: ◦Owners or registered occupiers of an HDB flat
◦Tenants or registered occupiers of an HDB rental flat
◦Owner-occupiers of a private residential property


*For flat applications received from May 2018 sales launches:

You must be applying for a flat in a building project where the nearest block is within 4 km from:
•your parents' or married child's HDB block and your parents or married child are the owners/registered occupiers of their flat or the registered tenants/occupiers of their HDB rental flat; or
•the private residential property owned and occupied by your parents or married child; or
•the private residential property occupied by your parents or married child and owned by your parents/married child’s immediate family member (i.e. defined as the child or adopted child, parent(s) or parent(s)-in-law, or siblings)

Do note that if your parents or married child own more than one property, the property which they reside in will be used for the proximity reference.

That one is for resale proximity grant and doesn't seem to be working. For BTO, use this link https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/BP13BTOENQWeb/MCPS_Nov2018_BTO?strSystem=BTO

From May 2018 onwards the distance is increased to 4km.

My parents apply using mcps but system cannot reconize my address. Anyone knows why. My place quiet new thou. If head down to hdb will they be able to manual submit this mcps?

Yes this is for priority. For BTO don't have proximity grant. That one only applies to resale flats.

asking experienced people
guys I applied for Multi-Generation Priority Scheme, so myself a 4 room and my parents a three room but when I relogin to HDB, it shows my status as 3 room. Is that right?

I went to select a flat a few months ago and the hdb officer told me it’s completion date. Told me to ignore the delivery possession date altogether.
