Prepaid cards: FEVO and AMEX Imagine

Have you bought any M1 card till now? I visited m1 store yesterday, staff said they no longer sell M1 prepaid master card, need to go buy Fevo card instead...

EZ-Link is messing up the migration of system !

M1 PMC is probably dis-continued for good ... the link from M1 Fevo website to FEVO is a dead link

Even FEVO card cannot be bought for the moment until the new system comes on line in Jan 2019 ... dont know what to expect next

yes only for ezlink since top up use HSBC Revo still give 2mpd. Dont think another card give point anymore for ezlink prepaid top up

For Ezlink why not use hsbc revo directly for Ezreload? Also 5x points and without any fee

Anyone managed to register an ezlink account and successfully added more than 1 fevo card - can share how you did it?

I only managed to add one card to my account and cant find the option to add another.

You can, but the new website is down. For me at least. And the customer support is virtually non-existant.
I have the fevo card but can't top-up.
The instruction on how to top up via UOB iBanking are simply not applicable (read wrong).
Can't talk to anybody and if you send an email a robot reply back saying that, maybe, after 7 days a human will reply, hopefully.

Not very please with the customer support, which is the real weak spot for most of the services.

Just saw on Facebook the website is down for maintenance. Maybe writing that on the fevo webpage would have been a good idea...

or have they done away with OTP and replace by pin number? tried using pin number also dont work.
