Are these 2 jobs really hard to do? Like from what I think seems like very stressful coz gotta find your own clients and if cant find then worry also :/

Join PTO..... you are worth at least 1million since someone got sued for 2.5bil for poaching 200+ agents

Its not a job to begin with. Its a business. You are running sort like a franchise business. If you go in with a mindset of a job then you already failed.

It all depends on your network. If u are someone with a good network, or comes from a well-to-do family, u certainly will have a better headstart than the rest

Coming from the insurance industry, at agents ourself we get steady monthly income. For real estate, it’s more of a lump sum commission. The question is what if you stop selling property ? How you gonna finance the rest of your months. For insurance there are only about 14,000+ agents. Property around 30,000+ . We definitely have more market share.
