If you don't change phone often, go for esim. That sim slot can be used for overseas sim.

Then again, if u r on m1, might as well use the passport?

Im just on m1 esim.
Nowadays the passport is getting more expensive.
Could be cheaper in some countries to get the prepaid sim with unlimited data for tourist.

But for some countries like usa, aus.
Maybe its cheaper for passport.
Usa $25

Cus if you get the tourist sim with decent data its USD$40-50.

If I am on M1 eSIM and put in TPG physical SIM, can I still receive calls on my M1 number?

Hi, just wondering, im now having a singtel physical sim card(still under contract), and was planning to sign up for m1 sim only plan to use their eSIM. Is it possible?

And also, if i were to terminate the m1 sim only plan, how do i get rid of the esim config in my iphone?

Yes, it is possible and it is also my current setup. Physical SIM with Singtel and eSIM with M1. My data now is the minimum + the StepUp rewards with Singtel.

If you need to terminate the M1 sim, you can just delete the eSIM profile.
