I still don't understand what bonus anyone gets chattering about this. Or do people phone up CSOs and complain about unexpected bonus points until they all get nerfed and clawed back? Like getting 8mpd for forex or flying J return to Tokyo for 25,000 miles. Nerfed and nerfed.

Depends on which airline. If you book on a budget one, then the price (points+cash) doesn’t include any baggage. I don’t think you can add baggage in a Citibank travel reservation. You can manage booking on the airline website?

My dad just realized that he has 236,534 Points expiring in the next 60 days, according to citi rewards.

Can anyone advise if miles is the best way to redeem this? much appreciated on any advise on how to use it.

yr dad can redeem 25k x 9set of 10k = 90k miles


see which mile program wish to transfer to than create account under yr dad name

Depends on which airline. If you book on a budget one, then the price (points+cash) doesn’t include any baggage. I don’t think you can add baggage in a Citibank travel reservation. You can manage booking on the airline website?
