Next stop, Kitano Ijinkan-Gai, a district of Kobe known for its Western houses.

Style of houses look nothing like that of the Japanese.

Pardon my memory, but there is significance of the statues at the entrance of the house. I think it was to ward evil thoughts and words and to leave in peace.

Guess the foreigners were Christians.

Day 6 (Osaka + Kobe + Arima)
- Breakfast in Osaka
- Mass at Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit
- Onsen (Kin no Yu for "Golden", then go Gin no Yu for "Silver"
- Nankin-machi (Kobe's Chinatown)
- Motomachi

Kids take transport on their own in Osaka!

Church was interesting. Quite a lot of Negros and Caucasians attended mass.

If you're in Kobe, check this place out for some nice tarte.

Next, train to Arima for Onsen!

Crossing tracks to another train that will bring us there.

Trains look so old but perform so well, must be how the Japanese maintain their machines.
