Anyone facing issue with opening the app? Saw several reviews on Play store with similar issue as me

I tried to open the app using fingerprint and always get an error.
Have to open using PIN.

Clear cache and try again get the same error.

My iOS phone is working fine with biometric authentication.App is definitely work in progress.

I'm using android... Initially I chose biometric and there is always error when logging in. But no issue when doing transfer.
I have reinstalled the app and this time I did not choose biometric.. No issue now. Just key in pin when doing transfer.

OK looks like the Android app got problems with biometric authentication.

Yes Android user here, I noticed if I swipe the app away from Recents then open again the biometric will work until it doesn't then swipe away again.

I get error at the loading screen. [App] is not allowed. Don't even understand why this app is trying to read all the apps in my phone.

EIR 1.375% for 100k started July 2020. Previous EIR 1.4125% ended in June 2020.Not sure if they would reduce the rates further. I just signed up and deposited my fund rather than wait.

thank for the head up but wonder will i encounter abt fast transfer 50k, guess i go down to do it.

RHB transfer out will lose all accrued daily interest ?

hi guys i received both my atm card and pin .. i tried to sign up online banking but it say "
ATM Card is New. Please change your PIN at ATM machine. (ATX00110)" - i guess i need to change my pin at their ATM before i can sign up for the online banking? anyone manage to do so without changing the pin?

Tried before with Singlife though, interest was credited as usual, no loss of interest from FAST-ing in and out.

How come talking about interest suddenly you ask me to FAST.

Think no one will transfer out now to lose interest unless you urgently need the money.

So you were saying that accrued daily interest will be lost upon transferring of monies out? Can double confirm on this claim ?

Or you referring to that day's interest only which transfer out is done.

i have 75K in HYSA+, just now tried FAST out 50K hit error, tried 40K successful.
now got some funds in CIMB thought of topping up HYSA+ to 100K but having 2nd thoughts. how ar?

Just share what is my consideration - while the mobile app stability and function like FAST out is absolutely crucial and essential, aside from the interest rates and convenience, my decision to stay on with RHB or not would hinge more on my view on the default risk associated with the bank.

I reckon that I should accord RHB similar level of comfort with CIMB. So I'm fine with my 100k with RHB for now. Of course, this depends on each risk profile.

Lol. Top it up to 100k. Then nxt day try and fast. U will face palm. Ur nxt fast transfer confirm cannot be more than 40k.. and will keep going lower and lower. Until u cant even fast out $1
