China is a communist country but due to economic challenge, open up its economy to the world.

This doesn't change the fact that China declare remain a communist country.

I don't see any issue for a communist state leader to implement communist rules in a communist country.

Lol China has been using its powers to allow Chinese companies to pilfer the intellectual property of foreign companies. Seems like now it is payback time.

More accurately China allows foreign companies to operate in China but must allow some technology transfer to occur. In exchange foreign companies have access to potentially the largest market in the world and cheaper labour. Nobody forced these companies to do this. They did it for profit. Now that China is rapidly catching up on the technology ladder, US keeps pushing this technology theft angle, such is not strictly true.
