I already told you Bryan Wong allegations against Ivan Lim is proven to be true. This can be seen from the following actions
- PAP refused to investigate Ivan Lim case, despite all the witnesses coming forward to give testimony to Ivan Lim character
- PAP lost all credibility after PM Lee and Heng Swee Keat called for an investigation for Ivan Lim case, but now 3 months has past and there is no action
- the witnesses knew Ivan Lim for a timeline of at least 15 years (NS, poly classmates, SembCorp subordinates) which showed that the PAP selection process is flawed, it did not screen out people with bad character, and remove them from party leadership
- PAP did not POFMA Bryan Wong for fake news
- Ivan Lim did not sue Bryan Wong for defamation
All these are observable actions that point to 1 conclusion. The PAP is trying to sweep Ivan Lim under the carpet.
In Singapore, the burden of proof is on the accuser. If what they say is untrue, they can be POFMA for fake news, or sued for defamation. But neither of this happened to Bryan Wong, so what he said is true.
