I can confirm with mine for both 55 and 65 CXPTA that it is at 120Hz. TV is connected to my PC and it is rated at 120hz. I seen that specs on LG Singapore's website as well and puzzles me too.

No. It should all output at 120Hz as per HDMI 2.1 specs.

Anyway, there was a Singaporean fella in the AV forums that can confirm this as well.
As as for me with my C9, I can confirm 4K 120Hz as well since I've been using it for almost a month by now after owning the RTX 3000 series card.

After 1 day of testing with freesync on and off for Xbox series x on CX. There's really no difference to my eyes. Also no matter what settings resolution and fps you set on your Xbox series x it bores down to the game's assets, default output. Even though the console is out putting 4k signal the game will be using 1080p assets. There will only be a handful of games getting proper upgrade over time.
