Qns - Pls Help

Hi,
I ordered an item from Zappos.com and it was shipped to VpostUSA. However the merchant name indicated was "Returns Centre". I learnt from Vpost customer service that it usually means the item was from Amazon.com. Amazon.com is the parent co of Zappos.com.
Question here is, for those who have ordered from Amazon.com before, have you ever experienced "Returns Centre" as merchant name? I am afraid it is a returned (hence the name "Returns Centre") and if so, I would not want to spend the high freight costs shipping it to SG.

Pls help!
thanks!

The $10 comes in the form of CGW$. It is automatically inside when you input your credit card payment.

Remember to use on the spot. Just key in 10.00 at the payment page and choose apply, it will be automatically deducted.

Otherwise, your 10$ will still remain in your CGW account.

What try buy? 2 parcels at comgateway leh. Also comgateway auto repack 1 parcel volumetric weight 3kg to 1.5kg. Total 3kg for 2 parcels. How to calculate cgw shipping? Where to key in 10.00? Is it auto deducted from posb cc?
