Slow & laggy performance after updating ios9 on ipad mini 3

Tried hard reset and restore but didn't work. Whenever I start playing my CoC, mid of the game it will hang for a few second while it connecting to game centre and tried to revert back to iOS 8 fail

The Game Center has a bug.

For me it affects my iPad Air but not my iPhone 6.

Have to restart my iPad every time to play Asphalt 8 online.

try enable "reduce motion" n also disable Siri suggestions?

Downgrade to iOS 8.4.1 while u still can
