Singapore BlackBerry Authorized Service Centre

Hi All,

I've created a short guide to facilitate fellow BlackBerry users on where to find our local authorized BlackBerry service centre in Singapore. I hope this will greatly reduce the most asked question here.

Singapore BlackBerry authorized service centre is located here:

TOM
6 Eu Tong Sen St,Clark Quay Central #04-89D
Singapore ,Singapore
Email: alcatel.bb@tomsvc.com

Source : BlackBerry Mobile Support

Location on the mall's directory map. It will be listed as "M care"

Description of the authorized service centre on the mall's directory map.
*Take note :BlackBerry does not show as part of its description.*

Authorized service centre store front

Close up of the authorized service centre. Here you will see the BlackBerry logo.
They also service Xiaomi, HTC devices etc.

Their operating hours

Take note w.e.f 1st January 2018, the service centre will charge SGD 32.10 when you bring in out of warranty devices. Parts will be charged separately.

Hi guys, M Care service centre at The Central will cease operations w.e.f. 25th January 2019

Please go down to the service centre to check on your repair ticket status if you have not collected your device. Staff will redirect you to several collection points once the repair is done.

Next Blackberry service centre location is still unknown. Stay tuned for more updates.

Erm. The operating hours info is in the post above you?

Yeah. They don’t pick up their phone or reply to emails. It’s better if you go down personally.

The Blackberry service centre confirm is still at Axis Plus Pte Ltd. Same address.

I brought my off-warranty KeyOne there on 21 May 2020.

Problem with my phone was bloated battery and non-responsive spacebar on the physical keyboard. Got a one-to-one exchange for $190.
