just got my P9 yesterday! so far so good!

a few things i noticed:
1. seems to be a little hot too quickly - perhaps due to the tight hardware space
2. size is good and very handy

I'm mostly disappointed with the tempered glass SP, bought from my usual accessories shop @ burlington sq
The perimeter is all gaps, even though the SP already doesn't reach the end of the screen, so this looks really glaring.

normally my preferred brand is spigen but they didn't have it. But i managed to find it online: http://www.spigen.com.sg/huawei-p9-screen-protector-glas-tr-slim.html

any p9 user used this sp?

If comparing p9 and Oppo R9 PLUS, which one better?

Anytime, P9. Oppo R9 is still on Andriod 5+. If you are with China phone for sometime. You will know their phone is also like no firmware fix or upgrade. Huawei is also no exception, good thing is P9 is already on early Andriod 6 version.

I got both phone.

OP3 has almost 2 times score in Antutu than P9 Plus. P9 Plus processer is better as indicated in Antutu. However OP3 ram and graphic performance is better.

P9 Plus has nicer feel.

OP3 no external SD option and IR.

P9 Plus graphic performance is not as smooth as OP3.

Both are good phone.

OP3 as low as $509.

P9 Plus has that executive look and not everyone will buy but everyone will admire.

Been using P9 plus for 2 months and OP3 for only a few days. P9 plus NFC is super strong. 3 or 4 cm no problem.

P9 plus interface is more pretty.

P9 plus Screen respond time is better.

However as mentioned P9 plus graphic is not smooth/ jerky.

OP3 screen respond time is not very good and change the window transition time to fastest in developer setting. So far better.

P9 plus video capture only fhd but OP3 4k. Think is due to better graphic.

In conclusion. If you play games. P9 plus will load faster because of better processor but OP3 will have better frame rate due to better graphic and ram.

Today i went to service my P9plus due to crack screen. I broke this morning and make my way to Plaza Singapura for replacement. Their service is superb and I only have to wait for 30-40mins and the phone is as good as new. Thumb up!
