I disagree with your view. Its not easy to get solar beam and zen headbutt exeggutor nowadays even harder to get one with good IV. The CP of that coconut tree is 1.6k CP its respectable. No reason not to power up. I said many times and i will say it again. The dusts you wanna keep for what? Investment? Grow at 10% per annum? Exeggutor is a top tier pokemon and that exeggutor is a top IV and top moveset one at that. There is no reason at all not to keep it and upgrade it.

true.. nowadays really harder to catch wild high IV pokemon..
n yes.. its even harder to get best moveset for coconut tree becos.. simple logic..

his basic skill got 2 types.
his charge skill got 3 types.

so.. to get headbutt/solarbeam.. the % is even much much lower..
as compare to vaporean or gydaros getting best moveset..

since vap/gyra basic skill only has 1. and charge skill got 3 type.. u just need to pray to get that charge move u want.

which is why i cant help but to repeat again.. i jin sad when my 91% growlithe kanna bite/bulldoze n growlithe is even harder to farm compare to eggs....

then...

about the stardust.. yea true... keep also wont grow any interest.. it can be farm and it should be use.
but just me.. I feel more song to see my stardust alot.. compare to see-ing my pokemon cp high high.. Also..with current situations.. 1 dont need high CP to win gym.. which is why I dont want/dont see the need to power up anything.. but yea.. just me la..

Tyranitar has 7 type weaknesses tho. The most amongst all the pseudo legendaries due to its rock + dark typing.

well what you say is true too hahaha. If tyranitar has more max CP than dragonite....then i guess just based on raw power he will win anyone anyway regardless of type weakness. I agree.

When i look at the excel sheet computation, if its true, only tyranitar and ampharos are worth taking note for Gen 2. Otherwise most of our Gen 1s are still better.

Still waiting for Gen 3......Metagross and Salamence....the shiokness of using them in the Ruby/Sapphire gameboy games last time.

Walking Seal now cos seems to be able to catch some Grimers but Seal totally no sighting at all.

And Chancey WILL BE a big problem.

Why waste distance putting Seel has buddy? Seel isn't uncommon at all, you can find them at any coastal areas, esp places like MBS.

Grimer should be your buddy.

Lick and body slam good? I just checked my ah bui I got one 2xxx 80+% iv, and the other two is 3xx and 5xx but 80%+. But I got one 90+% with 5xxcp nia with zenbutt and body slam. Don't really gym yet.

I got 2 ah buis from 10km eggs

Both tier 1

First one zen headbutt and body slam.

Used up all candies to power up liao. From 17++ to 22++

2nd one lick and body slam , now CP 17++


Caught 2 more ah buis in the wild but lousy iv

SO now got some Snorlax candies again.

Should I power up the 2nd Snorlax or continue to power up the first one ?

Went MBS yesterday and cannot find any seal.

Whereas for Grimer I can find one almost daily

Please don't keep saying using incubator will increase chance of getting 10 km eggs.

It does not, you are just feeling the placebo effect when you get a 10 km egg whilst using paid Incubators to hatch more eggs.

I almost wanted to give up on incubating eggs when I recalled during the first week of the game released, I collected two 10 Km eggs and that time I incubated like 6-8 eggs at one go.

So I bought 4 more incubators and incubated 6 eggs at one go. Guess what is the result? I got 4 10 km eggs in less than a week. The last one was just yesterday. So numbers do matter.

Yes RNG do play a part and that was extremely lucky of you. But still, for those who have not gotten any 10 km egg for weeks, like myself, you can try this method.

Well the more eggs you clear, the frequency of getting new eggs increases, be it 10km or not.
