So far I had 2 runs using the Nike+ app on series 2. I find the app laggy. During run when I raised my hand to see distance, it will take 1-2sec to refresh distance. Also not too sure is it I dunno how to use or what, but during run my screen only shows distance and time. I want to see pace and heart rate. I tried tapping the screen or turning the crown but doesn't work.

Also I read in instruction manual to stop run, press the crown and side button together. But seems like doesn't work. I have to double tap on screen.

Anyone already familiar with the Nike+ app, can share how to use?

Thanks for sharing. Perhaps it's the settings or your watch is not working properly?

The 3-4 week order seemed to have shortened to 1 week and I will be getting mine on 7/11, 7 days after I ordered.
Want to cancel also cannot.

same as in getting it within 1 week?

Mine also same.. 3 to 4 weeks.. Might be cancelling my order though. Using it with my Apple Watch Gen 0, and there will be no difference for me even if I get the Nike+ watch.

Personally I prefer to run with my phone, after the run can still play with the phone. Battery life of the phone is better too. The battery life of the Apple watch with the Nike+ app on is about 5 hours, and for most people, it won't last through a full marathon. I'm thinking the gen 0 and 1 watch might even last longer due to the lack of GPS.

As for the waterproof function, as long as you are not bringing it for a swim, the gen 0 and gen 1 works fine. They can easily survive raining conditions.

The watch face is something that is nice, but not useful for smart watches. You get too little information. And without using the face, the strap looks weird! Especially the black and volt color.

That said, I wonder why I'm still resisting on cancelling my orders.....

I had a hard time deciding between Series 1 and 2.
Currently my main phone is not iPhone, hence the decision to go for Series2.

As to the 3-4 weeks to deliver, mine is already in transit (ordered 31/10) so I think that they may deliver in 1-2 week from your order.

If you are not careful (like me), it may be too late to cancel. :)

When did you order?
When I ordered on 31/10 evening, it said 3-4 weeks. But I just realized today that it has 'departed from facility' (enroute to SG). Expecting a delivery this coming Monday.:s22:

hope it can reach me before my trip to HK or else i need to cancel and get in HK.

Exactly the same thinking as yours. I cancelled my Nike+ order just in time when it was charged.

Currently using my Gen 0 and just run with my iPhone with Music on and for the GPS.

Mine:
Apple Watch Nike+, 42mm Silver Aluminium Case with Flat Silver/White Nike Sport Band

If yours is still not "in transit" then I suppose yours is more popular and hence the backlog.

i suspect color plays a part too. same as when i tried to get kindle oasis last time. popular colors need to wait for 9 mths hahah

9 months??
Anyway, color preference is rather personal. Cannot wait to try out the watch and provide a FR soon. :)
