bought my game via psn store, it was 80+. but at least managed to play the game early in the morning, the downloading process is long and ardours due to the size of the game...but the installation time was longer. it took about 1 hour 30 mins to install the game and the only thing you could do while it was installing was play the combat practice.

but I wanna discuss the game a little..at the start we will see a scene whereby the 4 guys are old and battling what seems to be a boss..i suspect its ifrit...but I'm not to sure...my question is...do this game span across the life of noctis? like assassin creed ezio story?...btw this isn't a spoiler considering this is the first scene you see when u start the game.

For the r versions,it does not really matter if u have no intention to buy dlc at all,as well as play co op

Only when buying dlc,r3 can only buy dlc for the game at asia psn,r2 at eup psn

Personally,based on past experience with dlc,r3 versions have more dlcs as well as update faster than r2,hence the reason why r3 is more expensive

For co-op next time, no issues if someone with R2 wants to play with someone with R3 copy? The online co-op will require PSN subscription that's all right?

Hmmm should buy online psn or retail disc lol

Both have pros and cons.

But i will buy physical,becos it easier to resell ,the game not tied down to the psn acc.
But cons of phsyical is,u have to take care of the disc loh while buy online,u can always redownload it again

the game is still the same regardless of region but do take note that if you want to play co-op with your friends or other people from asia, then its best to get a region 3 which is just 10 dollars more. if not your friends have to get the same region.

also season pass and future dlc are in pounds which will be more expensive and you have to buy psn uk credits.

Among English versions, for most games, if there is any region separation for online, it's based on your IP address (indicating your physical location). based on world of final fantasy, r2 can only play with r2 players as i have tested. r3 cannot so i am not sure if this final fantasy xv will follow but it is very likely it will follow.

Btw, the R3 physical version of the deluxe edition, although not stated at the playstation website, includes the following dlcs:

Masamune - weapon
Platinum Leviathan - car skin
Royal Raiment - clothing

ehhhh I not sure leh dude, I bought mine 2 days ago when it was still pre order. then yesterday count down and downloaded at 12am.

what may not be a spoiler to you may be a spoiler to others. there are some who still haven't bought the game and have yet to see the 1st scene and does not want to know what is the 1st scene. is it so difficult just to add a spoiler tag??
