Congrats T.T So jealous ya guys have the acceptance email alr
I just received the acceptance email for SMU SIS last night.
I went for the interview on the 31st of March. My GPA is 3.59.
(Finally, the wait is over!)
SIS was my only choice since I felt that my GPA was probably not good enough for other courses by SMU.
Do you think it's a good idea for me to send an appeal to be considered for their business course although my GPA is way below the 10th percentile? I think I have some good points to write about based on my experiences in e-commerce although it may not be enough to convince them.
SMU Online Appeal Info:
"You may submit an appeal if your application has been unsuccessful, or if you have been offered a place and wish to appeal for a change of course. If you have been offered admission to a degree programme and would like to appeal for a change of programme, you should accept the programme offered first while waiting for the outcome of your appeal."
