Hi to all the laojiaos here, usually what time does Singtel release its appointments on the day that email is sent to book for appointment? (Like this year is 18 September, but time not stated?)

18/9 not the date for you for appointment le.. they meant will announcement the when for us to book the appointment on 18/9.. the booking should be start 20/9 3pm

U can calculate urself.
There are a lot of factors to note.
What is ur cis promo? Every company different %
U port in or recontract? Any voucher?
Caller ID? Other services?

Just wondering, when can we see the how the booking pages look like ?

Also, hopefully, this time SingTel got live clock somewhere on the page so that no need to keep refreshing the booking page to keep track of the time (usually 3pm starts).

Also, hopefully this year no need to be like a "SingTel staff" where we have to key in all details whether is what plan, add what adds-on ... etc so that can avoid the page from being hang like year and the race gotta restart the next day !

Hopefully the IT Dept doesn't cock-up this year ...

It's expected as most are waiting for the X, including myself. I presume the X's pre-order will be sold out even faster than jet black for the 7 Plus last year.

I have a combo 4 plan which only hit 13mths now.

If I intend to recon for iPhone x and pay extra 350, plus downgrade the plan to combo 3 instead of combo 6, am I able to do so?

If yes, how much I need to pay for downgrading?

Not sure about the ip7 last year though.
