I juz pressed 4000 units using OCBC and the exchange rate is 1.1961. Wanted to press 5000 but saw from Manulife us reit may get full allocation of 5000.

Guess the public very pessimistic with US reit all wanted to wait for the price to drop. If didn't fall below IPO price will you all still buy?

What i noticed is that KKreit's buildings are all katek ayam, whereas Manulife's buildings are mostly all skyscrapers, snow covered all year round...
