Must get out of the underground.
Walk via QSquare is better.
I always go there find my needs.

Any idea on where to get the protective gears (eg. helmets, jackets) for the Feng Pao Festival as well as what are the procedures to join in the Ping Xi lantern festival?

Can hurt yourself real bad.

Pingxi one need to be there early.
Time to leave will be best after 3rd round of lantern release.

5pm got stalls open already? Next trip I'll go ningxia.. but read it's so crowded that very difficult to walk cos very narrow?

weekdays are ok, not so crowded. there are also food shops along the street, like the oyster egg, kidney mee sua, dessert shops.
