you won't realise a difference in everyday's use, in fact it increases your productivity when your phone tops up faster than others..

As like every charging method it will wear down the battery's charge cycle. Then there is also heat introduced by Fast charging methods which are likely to also wear down the battery. (Batteries do not light high or low temps)

Unless the device uses Dash Charging or VOOC charging where the heat is generated by the power brick instead of in device. Then you can exclude the heat factor.

You will not notice it but, you are likely to use up the battery cycles as fast as you fast charge your device. So yeah you will wear it down for sure.

Same for me 2.. Wi-Fi does not cut or lose connection now. Yeah..

I wonder what other changes?

The adapt sound feature also slightly improved, just my opinion as I used it since my ears aren't as good as two decades ago.. lol

I'm still on the March security patch fw. Obtained via the CSC code changing (but have reverted to SG code)

Also, recently I seem to be having issues with using non fast charging power banks. The Note 8 doesn't seem to want to pull enough current. The power bank works fine with my old LG G4, regular charging speeds.

I am also on STHub and did the French code. Reverted back to local after code and have not gotten it. Is it due to STHub not update yet?

doesn't matter which network you are on. if you are not on MM1, STH, SIN or XSP, you won't be able to receive local updates..

You didn't flash or update your phone via a CSC change did you? That build number looks very different from what I see on my program.

What I did previously was to factory reset > change CSC to XSP > pull the OTA > factory reset > change CSC to SIN.
