- Zhong She Guang guang flower market Opening Hours: 9am to 6pm daily
- Lavender Cottage (dec - jan)
- Xin feng farm for fruit plucking (depend on season)
- Fengjia Night Market
- 921 Earthquake Museum of Taiwan
- Carton king (bigger than cingjing)
- miyahara

Cingjing - cingjing glassland, skywalk etc..

Leaving taichung for taipei today. Weather was very cool yesterday. Maybe it's me but I prefer yizhong over Fengjia lol.

I booked Klook for Taroko Gorge Day Trip and Yehliu Geopark, Jiufen and Shifen, Happy that i did, much easier than if you were to do it on your own.

Agreed. Not difficult and the experience is awesome. It was our first time to taipei. I DIY all. Like u all advised. If dunno. Ask the ppl around. They will guide. Trial n error. Buses there very convenient.

We don't like tour package. Timing constraint. Cannot own time own target

Tour package is good for 1st timer only. I thought you planning for your next tw trip again?

Safest place to explore.

Asked a few drivers, one suggest we take train to hualien. And he will pick us up the next day for a day trip.

After which, from taichung he advise us to take train back to taipei as well.. to save cost..

Kindly advise will it be fine? I will be travelling with my parents both in 60s.

Jiufen/shifen ends at yilan
2nd day Yilan to hualien
3rd day, Hualien to cingjing
4th day, cingjing to taichung
5th day taichung to taipei
