SCB Unlimited$aver interest rate

Saw this promotion where we can get up to 5% unlimited cashback with the Standard Chartered Unlimited Cashback Credit Card if we maintain $100K with Unlimited$aver.

However, I can't seem to find the interest rate for the balance in Unlimited$aver and think there could be a catch somewhere. Anyone has any idea on what is the interest rate for the balance in Unlimited$aver?

Thanks in advance.

Under the Unlimited$aver Product Terms, under item 3. Interest, it earns the prevailing interest rate, which is 0.1% p.a. currently.

Only make sense if you spend above $3k per month
probably the worst sc product ever intro, not sure the PM thought that customer can't calculate

Hi all,
Would like to ask if anyone has placed an FD with HL Finance? Other than the $50 penalty for early withdrawal, is there anything one should be aware of? How long did it take you to complete the FD process at the counter?

Waiting time depend on which branch and time you visited. My worst experience is at Toa Payoh branch, more than 30 min wait on Saturday when there is promotion going on. Lot of senior citizen lining up to place deposit. Other than that most of the time you can get served within 30 min. Some of the branches like Bukit Merah, Ghin Moh is very quiet during weekday and you almost can get served immediately when you walk into the branch.

HLF recently upgrade their system to do away the manual recording. Finally, no longer need to go back to the branch where you place deposit to withdraw when mature. Now you can go to any branch to place and withdraw your deposit just like the bank.

Always remember HL Finance for their rule that must show hardcopy slip to withdraw FD and if lost must pay to replace. Is this rule still there ?

Thks for sharing your experience. I'm planning to go for their 1.8% promo, cos Ocbc only offering 1% for renewal unless I top up additional 0.25%. Any review? Btw, just wondering if this is the way to calculate Uob's promo rate at 1.7% p.a. for 10 mths? (1.7/12)x10=1.416% is this correct?

Sing Finance has this advantage.
On maturity, you can call up and renew by phone. No need to make a trip down.
They will give you the high promotional rate.
Did this about 3 weeks ago. Their renewal info/document posted reached me 2 days later
