I feel this is going to be a chicken and egg issue. If govt decides to regulate the age, then they better crack their small brains how to get jobs for this group of 20s. Low unemployment rate has always been a pride selling point our govt tells the outside world, not entirely real or fake. But they better make sure their plans work, which alot of times those policy makers are good on papers but sh!tty in reality.
Because let's face it, if I have a family member below 30yo, I will definitely tell him her to go outside chiong even if it's sales selling insurance, recruitment agency, property or whatever. If by 30s still can't decide, then maybe can look at taxi or phv again. I am not saying this career no good, I tried it myself too right. But we all know the fact, what's the future in this 10 20 years down the road. Well unless you say inspiration is to be a driver chauffeur, hey which is nothing wrong because I believe you are working to earn not anything illegal crimes.

Accept only
1) v nearby pickup (single gs)
2) surged GS

And i usually will reject all to/from condos or landed even it is nearby or surged GS.

And if one inspire to be driver chauffeur, I suggest be a full-time chauffeur for corporate. I knew this chap from my ex workplace, in his 40s with family commitment and few kids, he is on standby to chauffeur the snr mgmt anywhere, home, external meetings anytime anyday anywhere. I understand he is paid 3k+, gets to drives the car home, petrol fully covered by company. He was chatting with me he used to be on pretty good jobs back in his 20s 30s, earning 2-3 times more than now, but kena office politics retrench. Having said that he isn't unhappy with his job driving too.

I think it's just end of the day, everything increase, but yet G still wanna pampers the riders and cheapen the fare.

if you tell me drive G ft can earn 6k, would I even be complaining about it?
