You just need one of the RT-AC2600 users to feedback whether the router has VLAN presets for SingTel ONT.

If you are using ONR, than any router can also do the job.

I am currently using this RT-AC2600 with M1 500mbps fibre internet.

I have noticed that there are some presets Singtel, M1 profiles at the initial setup. Cannot confirm if the VLAN profile for Singtel works out of the box.

I agree AC1200G is crap. So unstable. Hopefully AC2600 works better.

AC1200G works well for me as an AP bridge but its build quality is so crap that few activity LED light blink intermittently and some not working already. :(

Any user using this M1 exclusive router?
I am also interested to know whether this router support AiMesh.

in the weblink provided and pics on carousell, doesn't seem like it support Aimesh. Being exclusive to m1, those third party firmware like ddwrt also unlikely to support.
Nonetheless, based on prices on carousell, it still seems like a good buy. Unless you die die want AiMesh, then get ac68u or ac86u betta.

Can I check if this is better than Linksys EA8100 in terms of features and signal strength? Gonna install it in my 4 room flat. Trying to see if one router will do the job.

if you are able to place the router in a high position in the center of the flat then either will do fine.
If you cannot, then need to consider other options like AP, mesh, wireless bridge etc.

Hmmm, if there are singtel presets i guess it will work for singtel as well...i hope. I'm using singtel fibre and I just bought one from carousell. Hopefully it works. :s13::s13:

oh wow, M1 is now giving this router from now on, instead of AC1200. Good to have an upgrade. But bad news, it will soon flood the market. Just like the AC1200, Carousell has tons of people selling but can't be sold even at $50.

Lol, isn't that a good thing. Can get decent router at low price. For equivalent models at least $150++.

I will even buy it as a standalone AP.. in few months time sure $40-70 rofl.

I use 4 years already not bad and the spec so low.
