So now I'm holding
SSB, Astrea, Temasek, Perennial, CapitaMall, Frasers Prop and SIA bonds.
Might buy Oxley too.

Oxley is much more highly geared than all these, and the recent sale fell through. Their bond maturing in November is trading at some 10% annualized yield?

I don’t have it exactly because of their gearing. But their projects are plenty and generally doing well. For bonds I play safe. Just tempting if they can reduce their gearing. Haha. You have Oxley?

Like my analysis for Astrea IV, I just look at comparable bonds. In this case, we have SIASP 3.75% SGD maturing 2024. Its current yield is 3.012%.

If SIA is offering 5 year retail bond at 3.03%, higher than the yield of their current similar bond held by institutions and accredited investors, no wonder all the institutions chiong for the placement tranche of this bond. Its oversubscription level at placement is higher than the oversubscription for the Astrea IV placement tranche.

Then we look at the retail market:
Temasek 2.7% last done $1.035
Astrea IV last done $1.07

After SQ bonds launch, my forecast is minimum price $1.01. Anyone scared of holding till maturity can just collect the first coupon payment and sell for over face value!

I'm going to press for max, please spread more fear so that I can get higher allocation!
Astrea IV they only gave me a tiny $8k =:p

Looking back at my earlier post, closing price today: $1.01.

Happy with my allocation, got most of what I applied for :)

I have most of these bonds too and also have aspial.. do u think aspial is safe ? Say compare to oxley

Net debt reduced.

FCF is high after gains from Aussie prop.

They also expecting profit margin to be higher, since average selling price for higher units are higher. Avant, Aus 108.

Current ratio 2.27.
about 300m asset.
Stable.

It's safe or risky, you decide. :o
Looks ok to me. At least got something to look forward for next few years.

This was in Feb,
https://www.businesstimes.com.sg/co...sees-jump-in-net-profit-from-property-segment

Also,
In Melbourne it is best known for the landmark Australia 108, a 101-storey skyscraper in Melbourne's Southbank set to become the tallest residential tower in the southern hemisphere.

That tower's 1105 units are 98 per cent sold, according to Aspial's results.

A second tower in Melbourne, on A'Beckett Street in the CBD, is 96 per cent sold. The second tower, known as Avant, has 456 units.

"The group has locked in about $1.1 billion of sales revenue from the Australia 108 and Avant," Aspial said in its results.

"The revenue and profit will be recognised upon the completion of the various phases of these projects from 2018 to 2020."

Yes, takeover whole company is along with liabilities as well, unless liquidated after bankruptcy and fire sale assets.

Yay. Looking forward to GST 15%.
