Jadescape seems to be running ahead on steam recently with their sales and construction of the project.

Passed by ytd night and construction works were still on in full steam, took a look at caveat lodged 75 units sold in Mar avg 17-18xxpsf.

Jadescape closed its showflat for a while in June 2019 if i remember correctly.
