i ordered 55" from Mijia roborock in qoo10. they mentioned they have ready stock for netflix version in their Q&A a day back so i ordered. 1 or 2 days day later i was told by their courier they ran out of netflix version and ask if i can accept the non-netflix version. i told them i okay to wait and end up waiting for 3 weeks plus due to logistics delay. it eventually arrive on tues this week and tv is working good!

bought 55" on sat 16 may, (qoo10 minihelper), delivered on 20th. was expecting 2 week delivery but only took 3 working days. parents happy with the quality.

it comes with the digital antenna, but I can only receive 4 channels - suria, 5, CNA, U.
May I know is it the signal not strong enough? I tried placing antenna at the window. there is also no way to search/add new channels.

any other apps that can view local channels? casting from mewatch probably too complex for the older gen.

you are damn lucky because their 55" stocks just came in early this week (assuming both minihelper and mijia robo are the same company)

Still waiting for delivery for my 55". Ordered on 12th May.
Yesterday they gave the "delivery courier will contact you" blah blah...

Not happy cos those who ordered later already got their sets....

both are same seller with the same person behind replying those Q&A, ask forum member; Champion.. we ordered together around 3 weeks ago... and keep on kena snook by the sellers be it mijia roborock or minishoppers.

if u check their shop info, they have same company address and it was discussed in this forum earlier that maybe by having separated companies, chance to lower down bad ratings, or even warranty responsibility can also be cut by half.

The seller just told me 100% confirm chop his kukubird that shipment will come in 28-30 May, then 3-4 days to clear all delivery and installations.

This is their standard practice, to ship you with the non-netflix set and then hope you agree and okay to keep it, else return it to them and it would be passed on to others, rinse n repeat.

Got non netflix version? So tv model is not 4s?

Just got my shipping notice from minihelpers roborock mijia store for the 43 inch with Netflix and YouTube.
Item reach Qxpress distribution hub at 7pm today.
Should be arriving maybe Tues if they don't deliver on weekends.

Problem is I’ve ordered for the tv bracket with installation. If it is delivered by Qxpress I wonder how do they do the installation?

I’ve contacted the seller via Qoo10 but then still have heard back from them. Worried that I’ll receive a non Netflix version since it will be sent by Qxpress. There is no way to verify before receiving the parcel.

qoo10 have their own team of installing man no worries. last time buy ceiling fan also they fix for me. the only way to know before u receive the parcel is to ask the seller, if u really need netflix then file for a full refund of the item as item was not as per description (if they say got netflix but actual dont have)

Thanks for the info! Didn’t expect qoo10 to have their own team of man handling the installation. I did inform the seller that I require Netflix so hopefully seller will
honour and send Netflix sets.
