Is the Netflix at 4K resolution OR 480p only?
Received TV about 2 hours ago, just got it setup.
Setup was a breeze with Google assistant and Google Home.

Also, i verified that I am able to play Netflix at 4K and with HDR!
Do note it does take awhile for the stream to reach 4K bitrate and sometimes it will drop to 480p or 1080 or 1440.
I noticed this a few times as well, depends on your network and congestion.
If your Netflix and account supports 4K, you will get this "Ultra HD 4K" bar:
"Test Patterns" reached 4k Resoution:
"6 Underground" reached 4K as well:
How to check your NetFlix stream?
Connect a keyboard and press F8, the top left will show the bitrate information.
Overall, it's a great buy, the colors are pretty good (not as good as OLED) for a LED panel.
The speed of the OS is decent and I am able to view all local channels.
I was able to install Synology Video Station from PlayStore and play my baby his baby shows on the TV via my NAS too, awesome!
Also able to cast straight to the TV from my Google Chrome, very convenient and useful.
I mean, $398 for a 43" 4K Android TV with Netflix, Prime and Youtube support, what more can you ask for?!
Even has 1 year warranty!! for $400!!
Do understand that due to current global COVID19 pandemic, supply chains and logistics chains are ALL STRETCHED.
Give the store some slack ba, this TV is worth the wait!
Btw, i got it from

The other link is cheaper, but it has no NetFlix in the Q&A/Description!
