The only good thing is that if you opt for air, it will reach you in 2-3 days, no need to wait 7 days

For air shipping, 5-7 days still bearable for me. Quite fed up when forwarders give excuses & put blame on covid-19 for everything like price hike, delays, missing items.

Depending on bulkiness & driver's preference too, most likely tomorrow/Monday. They do deliver parcel on Sunday & I received my 13kg parcel on last Sunday.

U can contact EZbuy CSO but live chat will be available on the coming Monday. At the same time, u can contact the seller in Taobao.

Not yet. I want to utilize my shipping voucher so opted for the cheapest sea shipping. Erm, not so advisable to eat microwave popcorns because it was listed as one of the cancerous food/snack. It was very convenient but not so good for long-term consumption..

I bought this & volumetric weight was 2.3+kg.. quite happy for this as I paid around SGD$5 after deducting my accumulated & shipping hongbao.

I heard about microwave problem. Some coating on the paper bag is toxic.

I checked the review and someone said round ones popped better than oval ones. Hope you can do a review after you received your time.

I have not been receiving notification automatically, but fortunately happened to check today and could organize tomorrow delivery. Very scared of damaged package so crossing my fingers. Cannot imagine how to use deformed USB fan, for example.

All the parcels including 酸辣粉 were intact but not for this parcel... I created a ticket for this damaged parcel. A bit paiseh coz I helped someone to buy.

Items like fan should be okay coz it was made of hard plastics.

The last update, picked up by DEX was on 25 June so ETA should be around 8-9 June..

Somehow the tracking info says my parcel has already been delivered but there was no delivery? Could it have been delivered to the wrong address? Is there anyway to check with LMD regarding this? Or has anyone experienced the same problem before?

I find it stressful helping people to buy things. I had to help someone buy fragile items and it was awkward when the lid was broken. I checked before handing over, and was pretty sure the lid was not broken. So how to bring myself to ask seller to compensate? I didn’t know the buyer personally myself, so it was really awkward, since there was a relative between us. Usually these people are not tech savvy so have to help.

Received my package yesterday that was shipped out on 12 June. It was just orange peel tidbit, so there was no problem.

Think the delivery guy bumped off the parcel before actual delivery. Not to worry, they do provide delivery on Sunday so can wait till end of today.

Yes, dimsum or some roti bun & it was packed in a big Santa's bag. Even though there were bubble wraps, it was broken into bits and pieces but luckily the actual product cost was like S$1.93.

Don't really like to buy fragile items from Taobao & do highlight "no responsibility disclaimer" to the person first before buying.

I has a parcel delivered to ezbuy warehouse but not yet updated to my account after more than 2 days. live chat with cso only got the standard reply. Other parcels arrived later than that parcel all updated in few hours.

I think too many 6.18 orders so they r slower than usual. No status updates for 2 days at GZ warehouse so I deleted the order & resubmit a new one with identical info. This morning, it was updated & tagged into my account..
