"If a Qualifying Customer cancels the Qualifying Product within the 14 days’ free-look period or if any of the
policies lapses or is surrendered within 12 months from issuance, Manulife reserves the right to retain/recover
the amount equivalent to the Premium Discount"

Pls take note if CancerCare policy terminate within 12 months, they can claw back the discounted monies from you. Currently CancerCare has 35% off for 1st year by enter promo code ‘CC35PERCENT2’.

Wanted to buy the discounted CancerCare but not available for me - the existing customer without 35% off.
Every month fork out extra 💰 just for the sake to fulfil another category. If the return is not good, might terminate the plan soon.
it depends on the extra interest u get. So ur balance plays a part

Do we write to Manulife directly to terminate the CancerCare after 12 months?
I called them to ask, some months ago.

Basically you can just use their surrender/withdrawal form available on their
Website, complete it and email it to them. Which I did. Didn’t track how Long it took but certainly no more premium deduction for the following month.

I think able to send over the downloaded form, duly filled and signed the form in PDF format to them for termination.

Yup, for the highest tier, first $50k drop from 3.5% to 2.8%. Next $50k for 3 criteria is still 3.8% i think.

Hi all, anybody face the issue that the next insurance premium amount shown is the non-discounted rate even having applied the promo-code? Is it supposed to be that way on the UI?
