Probably out of nowhere we get another 2 new opposition parties in time for the next GE.

Ravi Philemon and Michelle Lee split from PSP to form RDU....

Ravi is jus simply unelectable...

Even gigene Wong a relatively newcomer could garner 39% votes in HKN which is a typical pap stronghold...

This is as compared to ravi who got about 25% votes last GE in HKN...

He only appeals to the hardcore opp supporters of abt 25%....

Result about the same as when SDP fielded CSJ and Tambyah there 5 years ago. I still voted for the SDP both rounds though. :s13:

Doubt any party will ever knock the PAP below the 60% mark in HBT. In fact, I am surprised the SDP could even get 1/3 of votes both rounds, given how their policies are really not beneficial to many of the residents in the Ulu Pandan and Bukit Timah zones.

Probably we will need WP and PSP to disturb those wards which like likes of NSP, SDA, SPP, RDU, RP and PV contested to that these big ego leaders who want to be big fish in small ponds can retire for good instead of chopeing places for untested PAP candidates to ride into Parliament easily
