The change could coincide with the app update. Doesn’t mean is it because of the app update .

I tranferred with account number inclusive of the 0000 in front. No issues.

Same here. Transfer went through.

I opened at the Cecil branch. Took 15 mins and they passed me the atm card. Went to the atm just outside to reset the pin. Download app and login with singpass. On the day itself i could transfer money, easy and fuss free.

Only gripe is the RHB app doesn't allow me to do future dated transfers.

There is no other option to chose. Just "funds transfer" option. I did a $1 out to test and did not appear on the other end . prolly will appear after 2-3days i suspect.
When i tried on app sometime ago, it was FAST. But now the app crashes on me. So ......yah ......

U need to Change ur pin at atm machine before u can activate

I changed my pin and I tried to register for the internet banking at their website.
I created my username and password and tried to log in, but I got an error. It asked me to call them.
I called them and they said my mobile no wasn't registered.
They said it will only be done on Monday morning.
But my mobile no. appears in the app and the CSO could tell me my no?

I applied via the app..approved next day and can start to transfer money in already

Did you installed the RHB secure plus App? If yes, maybe you need to reinstall it again. I also hits the same problem and was told to reinstall the App again. Then managed to login. Hope it helps.
