If u can’t finish paying smth is wrong.

means many over committed to big loans. so must spread out to lessen monthly payment.

New hdb no cheap leh. Some 700k. If no jobs is really deep sheet liao.
Those who overcommit themselves have to bear the consequences.
Many are buying condos because they think they can make money out of it where HDB is still affordable.
Eg. If you can afford 5rm, commit 4rm.
Got cheap one, 4rm less than 300k...
good to see that. i heard online now get loans from banks and before they loan u. u need to deposit show hand 150-200k cash with them for 3 months. to show that u can afford paying.
