Hmm. When buying new items, if i pick my Grabpay card to pay, i will receive a pop up message that says "Based on your credit card currency, we recommend that the transaction be completed in USD". But charges are still defaulted to SGD, and i'm still able to buy in SGD.

However, for shipping charges, still the same. Charge defaults to USD, and force me to pay USD.

Very normal for delays, click "remind seller to send goods" link after 24 hours, then every 12-24 hours until he send the goods.

Note that his deadline to send goods is extended to ~7 days during this peak period.

normally, good seller will ship out within 72 hrs.
if didn't send out within this period, means the seller ran out of the stock and having issue with his/her supplier.

live chat with the seller to find out the timeline.....if need to wait few weeks, can consider cancelling.....

Ahh okay understand. Thanks a lot! I chose seller with gold medal, 3x 4.9 rating and 3 blue crowns but still get this, think maybe just got unlucky this time around. I thought normally highly rated gold shop with many sales will be fine..

Followed your advise to chat seller. Seller apologise and told me need wait 2 more days to ship. I shall wait then.

One of my 11.11 purchased tb item was not accepted by tb sea shipping consolidation warehouse in gz because seller mixed up my tb order ID and parcel ID. Now seller suggests me to press refund and reorder. Is refund a good idea? But I've a feeling seller is a scammer.

I'm also concerned that if I press refund, the tb discount vouchers will be clawed back. Will this happen?

退款 only affects the specific item it is requested for and the amount paid for it. Doesn't affect the other orders that checkout together. I had a refund for a no-stock situation for one of the 1/11 .

that's how taobao works...unless u got other alternative. i suggest u make ur decision quickly as free storage is counting down.

monday to friday is bank discounts
sat to sun is 3% cc waiver, up to 4 items i think

if u buy less than $100, using bank discounts will better choice during weekday....

Btw stating the obvious... would providing the correct ID to the forwarder solve this problem? The old ID just forfeit /delete ?

According to seller, when they dispatched my item to warehouse, they submitted an incorrect tracking no. in taobao system. When the parcel reached warehouse, warehouse can't match because no. is not captured in system and got rejected.
Actually before item reached tb warehouse, I've already queried seller if they can resolve the issue, because it sounded like simple edit of tracking no., but seller didnt act on it. And when they told me warehouse rejected my parcel, they then suggested me to request refund in tb.

How irresponsible.
