Apparently, the cyclist suffered a heart attack and fellow cyclist were seen trying their best to revive him before the arrival of SCDF.
Happened on 13/12/20 at 9:26am at Tanah Merah Coastal Road lamppost 501.

Yup, don't engage in competitive sports anymore at our age. You watch the video, he has a bunch of friends about his age and they still think they are like young people can Tour de France. Cycling on a competition bike with full gear on the expressway like that is quite taxing even for a young man, don't say middle age man.
