Anyone has recommendations for raw denim repair tailors? Been looking at jeansfix online and was quoted $130 for 3- small fist sized areas. Is it cheap?

Been wearing my jeans for about 4 years now and the backside is wearing down as well as some other area near the back of the thigh. When isit time to throw away a denim or should i repair it?

I’m mostly on nudies skinny and I actually quite like it.
Any similar cutting of other brands to recommend to try?
I see some jap brand, all loose cut which nt my style.
Prefer slim fit kind

I feel most Japanese brands do not have much selections for skinny / slim cut. They are usually more into straight and loose fit, so tapered could be a good choice.

As above bro Beta_Tester recommended, Oni Denim is a good choice.

Yeah you are right bro. Not all Japanese got the skinny or slim ones coz not their style. You need to alter them if you get one.

Most of their denimheads will dig classic over modern. Actually even if not denim, most of their folks like to wear oversize. Skinny people wear oversize look good, but bbfa like me wear oversize will be very oversize... Haha :p

for me now personally i prefer slim fit from waist to knee, and then skinny fit/tapered from knee down to the opening.

i like the opening to "hug" your ankle. so usually need to tapered outside

Order items from Denimio

Hello folks,

I am going to order a denim jacket from Denimio. They offer a free shipping. If they ship to Singapore, will I pay the duty fee, taxes, etc? If I have to pay, how much could you estimate? The jacket's value is around 400SGD.

Thanks guys.

$400+ onwards will need to pay 7% GST + admin handling fees of courier, each courier got different charge. You can read up on their website.
