I wouldn't buy Lenovo Tab Pro 11. Too expensive. I'll get 小新Tab Pro from Taobao for roughly rmb2000~($400 SGD) and just flash it to Tab Pro 11 ROM lol. Both are the exact tablet with different software only.

Agree but there are caveats... Netflix still just be sideloaded, based on some research into the build after flashing, it seems the tablet is still marked as a China tablet... Which then means it is still not Google certified apparently... Which means Google can shut off access to its services...

waaa i see the pic rentation den make me pull back on the impulse to buy

The issues mentioned only occur under very specific use cases... and all OLED screens have similar issues... just how noticeable they are that's all... the screen on the Samsung Tab S7+ and this Lenovo P11 Tab Pro are more or less the same...

I have been using the tablet for a month or so now... very pleased with it... really no issues to complain about other than the screen rotation is very sensitive... which may or may not be an issue for you... some people like it more sensitive...

Yea... somebody bought it for less than 500dollars. Aliexpress, lazada and taobao are all selling above 500 dollars with taobao lowest around 517 dollars. Guess i will have to wait abit and see.

Recent rise in RMB means sellers on taobao has also increased the price for the xiaoxin pad pro by 200-300 rmb. Similarly those sellers on carousell, lazada and shopee have also increased their price by 40-50 sing dollars. Its still possible to get from shopee at below $500 with the right coupon + payment using credit card that gives you rebate.

While the P11 Pro has good speakers, I can't stand the pentile Amoled display, hee. Made my eyes uncomfortable over prolonged period. Still prefer even my Galaxy Tab S6 Lite's TFT display as it is sharper and easier on my eyes.

Seems like Samsung still uses pentile OLEDs... which means the S7+ would pose the same problem?

Everyday layman review

Just received my Lenovo XiaoXin Pad Pro Snapdragon 730G, together with the purchased back case and its keyboard, about 2 weeks ago. Online purchase from Banggood, couldnt find the cheapest deal but wasnt bothered too much with the differences in price, was more interested in finally getting an able performing Android tablet with Google services, that is not Samsung :s13:

Till now cant find tempered glass screen protector from Sim Lim Sq.

My everyday use, non professional layman, feedback...

1) Performance, practically snappy, not slow at all despite its supposed midrange processor.

2) OLED Pentile matrix screen, very viewable colours, dark blacks... unless you put your eye right next to the screen you cant distinguish whatever the complaints there was concerning reading text on a white background.

3) Speakers, volume is very loud at the highest setting, excellent sound quality... very satisfied!

4) Able to insert your own micro sd card for added storage.

5) Fingerprint power button, slightly disappointed with this, as it's around 75% hit & miss to unlock.

6) Android global rom, very close if not similar to stock, like on my Pixel 4XL.

7) Back cover and keyboard, very strong magnets that hold on to the tablet. Keyboard is not backlighted, but able to do extended typing on a coffee table, for emails, chats etc...

8) Wifi, used mostly at home or connected to mobile phones hotspot, speeds are practically fast with no drops in signal.

9) Battery life, its not my daily grinder tablet, have not used it to zero % battery, but after around an hour of youtube and websurfing drops to 90+% from full charge.

What else to share about it? Lemme know... =:p

Else quite a comprehensive review can be found here... https://androidpctv.com/review-lenovo-xiaoxin-pad-pro-opinion/
