Am hoping Singtel reveals their new plans soon.
Their current CIS offer is pretty ridiculous. 60GB for $30.
The non-CIS plan is 80GB for $25. With 50% off CallerID for 1y, so it's actually cheaper to go with non-CIS.

I have never used SingTel CIS myself because Singtel CIS is always worse for me compared to no CIS plan.
1) for Combo plan it does not count for SingTel Circle benefit
2) for SIM only it is more expensive than non CIS plan.

CIS last year was quite decent. $20 plans.

Already called them, they refused to extend.

M1's SIM-only plans don't come with a contract?

Edit:
Just saw these:

What is a SIM-only Plan?
SIM-only Plan is a no-contract plan that does not come with a subsidised device.

What is the minimum service commitment period for SIM-only plan?
There is a minimum commitment period of 1 month for new sign-ups.

https://www.m1.com.sg/Support/FAQ/mobile-plans-faq

I'm glad that M1 works for me. A recent port-in to MyRepublic eSIM was also a bliss, got the new line running very quickly without any misc charges. 😊

VoLTE. ;)

Also, it seems that there were claims that MVNOs may get speed caps. Previously, it was alleged that GOMO customers had a 75Mbps cap, which was recently lifted.

so far no issue with no VOLTE.

75Mbps is more than enough.. unless u r using it as hotspot at home to download huges files....

I use it more than I would like. I've found myself checking for info while on calls a lot, due to the nature of work. Hence a high speed data connection with simultaneous voice is necessary.

And 75Mbps is passable. But if you tether your laptop a lot while on the go, 120-150Mbps is definitely a noticeable improvement. ;)

So what works for you might not work for me.

Yes. M1 does not work for me - have tested it, and I still have my Circles Flexi plan to test once in a while. The coverage is poor at home, and at 2 of the places I'm regularly at. So it's not acceptable, unfortunately.

They have the cheapest plans with the biggest data so they have incredible value, but it does not work for me.

I am still okay with switching to StarHub, so if Singtel does not play nice, I might just drop back to the $20 CIS plan.

M1 is the only carrier that have 5G SIM Only with No Contract. $5/mth add-on for just the access, pay more if you need more data as well (can use on legacy networks as well).

5G SIM Only (12 months contract) also available on StarHub and M1 now.

For SingTel, one of the CSO in ComCentre told me it is possible to add 5G VAS in SIM Only Plan as well, even though I couldn't find it listed anywhere on SingTel's website. So I can't confirm its authenticity.

For Singtel, it is possible through the online form, it is added as a VAS. Or you can also sign up through the WhatsApp service and tell the CS that you want to add the 5G VAS.

Available for both no contract and 12-month SIM Only Plans? How much is it, still $15/mth add-on with 10GB additional data?
