At least some our your CSO brothered to tell u a date. Mine I spoke to 45min and kept telling me they don't know, keep asking me to wait...

I flared up saying they only know how to collect money, don't know how to deliver goods. Own inventory also have not idea how to operate.

eh bro, I actly quoted the girl your case and told them you are my friend, I basically used your case to prove that they are lying through their nose cos they told me it's a first come 1st come basis...don't tell them about the forum, they won't acknowledge one, keep telling me 1st come 1st come, your case HD told me they are lying la...I told them it's good that my call is recorded and that please if anyone listens to the recording, Samsung has been very very dishonest about the entire buying process!!!!

To be honest I am quite dulan with Samsung but I know CASE has no power 1, at most they will advice u to make small claim

If you want to, you can file SCT instead

how can Samsung Care+ started rolling when we did not get the product yet!!!!

It should be we register for Samsung Care+ AFTER receiving the product

Anyone know what can the $250 voucher via the QR code (those non Samsung online purchases) can be used to purchase what? Can only be accessories?

There was an email from Samsung Care+ stating the subscription number and date of the subscription (02-09-2021) and date of the expiry (02-09-2022).

This is ridiculous. How can Samsung Care+ start to roll when we have not received the phone yet???
No need to register IMEI number for Samsung Care+?????
Auto subscription????

This is too much!!!! Those who have not received the phone will lose out.

By right I assume is we register for Samsung Care+ once we have the phone. But apparently, I was wrong. It seems like auto subscription for all pre-orders?????

I am just amazed at the number of people who machiam never buy things online before. The item says ships 2 Sept and they expect it to appear at their door step the actual day. Even the remark “expects to deliver 1 to 3 business days“ can be just an estimates. It still also depends on the delivery partner after passed to them.

Samsung SG is terrible.

Delivery is a mess and Samsung Care+ started rolling when not all who have pre-ordered have received the phone yet.

Not to forget, older products are not receiving software updates.
My Note 10+, Tab S7+ are all stuck at the May 2021 software update.
It's September already!!!!!!

It's not that. A lot of the people who are complaining ordered within minutes/hours of pre-order going live and they've found out that their item either

1) not available for self collection yet
2) not handed over to delivery service yet

I can understand for those self collect if date And time are allocated for and they didn’t get it.

But for delivery, was there a firm date 2Sept that they promis we will receive? I must have missed out something from my order then.

I think most of the bros here opted for self collection and that most of us actly ordered way early, Samsung could have prepared the numbers according to the pre-orders and not waiting for it to run out telling us OOS while people from other platforms who ordered later than is and actly got the stocks 1st! This is a big laughing stock, Android fans and people like me who wants to try out new stuff of cos will want to have the phones first in our hands, but Samsung have failed to deliver, not abt the doorstep deliveries, which might be a different case.

Arrives on 02/09/2021 Standard Delivery - this is on my order confirmation and i am still waiting :rolleyes:
