Yes, this is fine.

The samsung person on the phone told me the key details are:

1) The number on the top right back of the card
2) QR Code which should be below the number

Anyone know how long it takes for Samsung to verify the $250 voucher? Waiting to buy the watch and hopefully get another $50 voucher

Mine took around 2 working days for them to verify. Bought mine at Lazada. They ask for proof of purchase date, e-receipt, IMEI of your fold 3 and the platform you ordered from. Considerably I did it on a weekend, thats why take around 2 days for them to verify. Hope this helps!

Did your peel off the plastic on the Z Fold 3? I am scared it scratches very easily...and did not want to peel of the plastic but as I was taking off my spigen slim armor pro, the plastic suck to the adhesive and it came right off..

I pasted mine myself for the inner and outer screen, looks great!

I left the inside protector on and pasted the mate one over it, it works just fine!

yup just noticed it when i check my order.. anyway i've asked on shopee chat and the agent told me there's a system bug, will escalate and update me on the trade up card..

Woah. You mean you overlap the stock film with a matte film on the inner screen?!! Can show a pic of it? Haha meanwhile, I'm heading to SES now to collect my s21 ultra cause of a faulty power button. I will just ask them if I remove the original film for the fold 3, will it void the warranty or not. Cause I rmb someone said that removing it will not void the warranty for the fold 2 last year. Ahh #memories.

How long did it take for the samsung redemption portal to process your redemption?

Ok guys. Just checked with SES peopurrrr.. to replace the film on the front screen is $10.55. Inner screen is $35.75. First time replacement is free.. subsequent changes is as priced. Quite okay I feel...

Just verbal. Cause the lady went into the system and check. I have to repeat myself the price she quoted so I know it's the correct amount she said. Haha oh yes! She told me can change the front film and inner film if you wanna get other protectors. So yay for all of us!

Damn, I had to re-submit cos apparently it's the wrong code. They asked for the one in the Front of the voucher (which is clearly correct) but I guess it's the one printed on the back and not the sticker.
