its not reckless. its greed. and 90k is csb, probably more like 9k at 1 point and he's wiped. Lending him money is just gonna fuel his addiction.

Do you all know the psychology of money in digital form? It's the same why in casinos, chips are used to replace actual cold hard cash to gamble.
