Pizza Hut do not provide chilli flakes anymore?

Had two separate orders across these past couple of months - self-collect in November and delivery yesterday.

Last month the counter girl said "chilli flakes (were) not available at this store". The delivery was also missing the chilli flakes. Both times, when placing the order on the app, checked for chilli flakes to be included.

Long ago they said grated cheese was temporarily unavailable. That has become permanent.

Their not avail basically means don't provide anymore - same for cheese.

They cutting cost like crazy and prices increasing. What's worst is their service. If you look at their service crew, you know why already...
